Who we are

Ethar Farag ("we", "us") runs this website and sells Call Ledger. You can reach us at marcelinetera@gmail.com.

This website

• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or tracking pixels.
• It loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Everything on these pages comes from this site.
• Our web host, Cloudflare, handles basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use it to identify or follow you.

The Call Ledger app and the live demo

• Call Ledger runs in your browser. What you enter, such as reps, calls, scores, notes and settings, is saved in your browser's storage on your computer.
• The app doesn't send your data to us or anyone else, and it has no account or login.
• The live demo works the same way: it runs in your browser with made-up sample data, and anything you change stays in your browser.
• Because we never receive your data, we can't see it, recover it or delete it for you. Clearing your browser's data for the app deletes it, so export a backup now and then.
• The AI scoring helper only copies text for you to paste into an AI tool you choose. What you paste there is covered by that tool's own privacy policy.

Purchases

Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing details and payment details to process your order, under the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy. We never see your full card details.

Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us, such as your name, email address, country, what you bought and when. We use them only to deliver your download, honor your license, handle refunds and answer your questions.

Support emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details. We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you and for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing marcelinetera@gmail.com. For data that Lemon Squeezy holds, you can also contact Lemon Squeezy directly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
