Terms of sale and license

Who we are

This website and the Call Ledger app are provided by Ethar Farag ("we", "us"). You can reach us at marcelinetera@gmail.com.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, sales tax or VAT, and your receipt, and its own terms apply to the checkout.

Prices are in US dollars. Each license is a one-time payment: there's no subscription and nothing renews.

What you get

One zip file with the Call Ledger app (call-ledger.html), a READ ME, a Quick Start guide (PDF) and the Call Ledger spreadsheet for Excel and Google Sheets. Both licenses get the same download.

Your license

When your order is complete, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Call Ledger and every file in the download within your own organization:

• 1 manager license: one manager may use Call Ledger.
• Team license: up to 5 managers in the same organization may use Call Ledger, each with their own copy.

You may keep the files on the computers you use, make backup copies, and change the app's name, logo, labels, rubric and settings for your own use.

What you may not do

• Sell, resell, rent, sublicense or give away Call Ledger or any file in the download, changed or unchanged.
• Share or publish the files, for example on a website, a file-sharing service or a shared drive that people outside your license can open.
• Use more copies than your license covers.
• Offer Call Ledger, or a copy or edited version of it, as part of a product or service for other people or companies.

If you need more managers or a version for your clients, email us. Custom builds are available on request.

Your data

Call Ledger runs in your browser and saves what you enter on your computer only. We don't receive that data and can't recover it for you, so keeping backups is up to you: use Setup > Export backup now and then.

Provided as-is

Call Ledger is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be free of errors or work with every browser, device or setup. Scores and reports are based on what you enter, and decisions about your team are yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profits or business interruption, that comes from using Call Ledger or not being able to use it. Our total liability for any claim about Call Ledger is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Custom builds

Custom work, such as custom rubrics, branding, imports from your dialer or CRM, or a hosted version with logins, is agreed separately in writing before it starts.

When the license ends

Your license ends if you get a refund or if you break these terms. When it ends, please delete your copies of the files.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms that applied when you bought your license apply to that purchase.
