14 days, no questions asked. If Call Ledger isn't right for your team, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email marcelinetera@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number or the email address you used to buy. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Your refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy, for the full amount, to the payment method you used.
- How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.
- After a refund, your license ends. Please delete your copies of the files.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are up to us. If something isn't working, email us anyway and we'll help.
Custom builds
Refund terms for custom work are agreed in writing before the work starts.
Your rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
